给自己定个锻炼目标,相对来说可能会多些动力。
我一度每两天跑五千米,但后来事情多了,也就多了借口,也就放弃了。 |

life you need someone to push you along to get over that hurdle. BTW, I have
been soloing these days....all the talks but no one shows lol. Weekend 10
AM Sharp River Walk 3-5 miles....and then your favorite restaurant/bar for
the treat....come join me. |
