吗？填写后可以删除或者添加推荐人吗？

- Original Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE)
- Medical School Transcript
- Original Letters of Recommendation (LoRs)
- Photograph
- Postgraduate Training Authorization Letter (PTAL) or “California Letter” (if applicable)
All of those should be sent to the same place.
The instruction from ECFMG:
"Submit supporting documents, referenced with your AAMC Identification
Number, to ERAS Support Services at ECFMG for arrival by August 1. All
documents should |

发帖数: 1334 | 9 The Fifth Pathway certificate is equivalent to a diploma for students under
that program. You don't need it.
Give the LOR writer a copy of Document Submission Form (DSF) and cover sheet
. Ask him/her to send out the letter with these two forms.

I am just afraid that my LORs may be late. Since I can't ask for LORs until
middle or late August.
I wonder whether it will be bad if I start my application early September
without LORs in my ERAS file.
Or I should wait to start application till LORs arrive in my ERAS file.

发帖数: 1334 | 11 I think it's better to send out the application when all of LORs and other
materials are ready. You want to give each program a "whole package", and
avoid any confusions.
As long as you can submit the application within September, it'll be fine.

发帖数: 1334 | 13 ECFMG provides confirmation of documents received, at ERAS Support Services
section at ECFMG – OASIS. But don't know how efficient about this.
ADTS only lists the uploaded documents:
"Questions about the transmission of your documents are answered 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week on ADTS. You can access ADTS from MyERAS. ADTS lists each
program to which you applied, the dates the documents were uploaded by your
designated dean's office and the date the program downloaded each document."

program is interested in you, they may ask you for the additional LORs.

them together in a big envelop with one DSF and mail them together. You can
make sure that all the LOR arrive to ERAS at the same time for scanning. |

Just another different opinion: Most Americans are very careful about this. For
example, we always ask the letter writers or school to handle this，to
avoid any suspicion and ensure credibility. Some letter writes may also feel
uncomfortable to hand over the letters to the applicants. We're advised to
waive the rights. In many cases the writers may give us a copy of the
letters, but we always let them or school to send out any credential
documents.
