It was so crazy, after eating out for four days for the holiday, i have
gained 7 pounds, that is 2 pounds a day in
average.
Start weight : 123 pounds,
Goal weight : 113 pounds.
Height: 168 cm.
I would like to control my food portion, eat smaller meals, like 5 times a day.
And exercise 3-4 times a week. (Hopefully, i can do it due to the busy season started in Jan)

Dieting is not too hard for me, the most challenging task for me is too keep
the weight. My weight has been
Yoyo for a good while, i think i really need to have a life changing eating
style for me to follow for long term.

Your breakfast seems too much. At least that egg is not necessary. As an
alternate you could put some fresh fruits like banana or orange.
Also you may want some exercise, though it does not have to be a daily
activity, to keep a normal metabolism level.
That is my 2 cents opinion.

We went to buffet about once a week : ( So i am learning how to control my
portion, even Sunday is my
cheatday, i don't want to overload the amount of food i eat.

I did not finish the entire slice of pizza, and i used the paper tower to absorb some extra oil on the surface of pizza. In general, some of my co-workers can gain 5-10 pounds in the tax season due to the free dinner/meal the company offer for working later and over time.

Friday about 1,200 calories.
Saturday about 1,100 calories. I were so self control, the firm offer free
sandwiches and chips for everyone one come to work on the Saturday. I only
ate half of the turkey breast wheat wrap (it is really big for something

I haven't record the food and exercise in a daily base since too busy with
tax season and under alot of work stress...but i have been doing good on my
food limit to 1,200 calories a day.
