I figured I'd E-mail you before I left feedback or returned the item for a
full refund. Bottom line, the XXXXXX I received is either defective or it's
fake. No way around that. Multiple tests shows it greatly under performs the
way it should. I have attached two images. ........ Clearly there is an
issue. So you tell me, how would you like to remedy this ?

从这封信看，这个买家是否有敲诈的意图？查了一下这个买家所留的“products
