Buyer Comment: Extremely narrow viewing angle. Does not work as adertised
I stated "no return unless DOA".
I guess amazon return window is 30 days.
Can anybody help what I should do? what should I wrote back to the buyer?

既然要卖东西，就不要怕 什么claim，chargeback，neg。
自己订好准则，严格执行，不要受外界因素干扰。
