You listed this as being from a Trex 450V2, it is NOT...
This is chinese garbage...
Again, I don't buy or fly chinese garbage...
This is NOT from a Trex 450V2 as described in the auction...
同时该buyer在两分钟后opened a case, item not as described. 我根本没来得及回
复。
看到该邮件我心里非常不舒服：
1.我并没有说这个part是align的（可以理解为align 与 trex 等价，因为只有align才
有trex这个品牌，但市面上有很多山寨货），只是说from a trex 450 se v2. 这就好
比你出售一个装在Canon打印机上的兼容墨盒，只要你没说这个是Canon原装墨盒，这好
像也没什么问题吧？况且，一个Align的part起码要20块以上，you get what you paid
for. 当然了，这个跟常识有关，与本案无关，暂且不谈。
2.此邮件涉及明显且严重的种族歧视，他看到我是中国的名字，然后东西做工不大好，
就说chinese garbage，还提到了好几次，我非常不舒服，但没有选择跟他对骂，也没
有reply，因为我觉得跟这种垃圾交流不会有好结果。
于是我直接escalate the case。全文如下：
Dear Sir/Madam,
As you can see I sold an item but the buyer just opened a case claiming that
the item he received is not as described.
In his message, he mentioned "Chinese garbage" several times. I think it
seriously offended me since I am a Chinese which makes me very angry with
this guy. As known to all, China can make great product like Apple iPhone 4
/ 4S / 5 and so on, as long as you are willing to pay for it. You get what
you paid for. So that's why I do not want to communicate with this guy
through eBay message. I don't expect any good or reasonable results if I do
so.
As for the item, I didn't specify the item as a Align product. I said it is
for Trex 450 SE V2 which does not mean it's a Align product. This is
something like you buy a compatible cartridge for a Canon printer but as
long as the seller doesn't specify it's a Canon brand cartridge, you cannot
say you got a product that is not as described, right?
He also claimed the product is not from a Trex 450 SE V2, but how did he
know that? What if I own a Canon printer with a compatible ink cartridge and
I just say the cartridge is from a Canon brand printer? I don't think there
is anything wrong, isn't it? Just because I don't say it's a genuine Canon
brand cartridge!
Here is the thing, If I said it's an Align product but shipped a non-Align
product, that's my fault because I misleaded the buyer. However, it is not
the case. I have pictures in the listings which clearly show the condition
and the shape of the item.
Moreover, before the buyer purchased this item, he never sent me any message
about the brand of the item.
He now wants a full refund of this item which completely doesn't make any
sense. Well, it's just $3.99 but it has nothing to do with money. If I issue
a full refund, it means it's my fault, which is not true.
So, all in all, I hope you can review the case and make a impartial
judgement. I thank you all and wish you a nice week!
今天早上收到ebay message，说case is closed. eBay refunded the buyer and
seller has no fault so seller doesn't have to reimburse the buyer or eBay.
The hold on this PayPal transaction has also been removed.
我的理解是我赢了这个case，但eBay还是refund了buyer. 问题是，这个该死的buyer给
了我一个negative feedback，说Beware! Seller said part was off Trex 450V2,
sent a cheap clone part, not Trex!
我给eBay CS打电话，对方表示理解，但说这个feedback没有违反规定，只是表达了
buyer的opinion，没办法remove。叫我同buyer协商或者给这个feedback回复作为解释
。我其实根本没想跟那个垃圾协商，既然都说我的东西chinese garbage了，这么rude
的人，还怎么协商？
其实一开始也是觉得咽不下这口气，虽然只有$3.99，但觉得买家实在是欺人太甚，还
有侮辱性言语，所以把事态升级了。
我后来给buyer发了一个feedback revision request，内容如下：
eBay has already refunded you and I didn't say it's an Align Trex product.
It was from a Trex 450 SE V2 which doesn't mean it's a Align Trex product.
Just like a compatible cartridge in a Canon printer. Your feedback is
misleading. I hope you can revise or remove it. btw, your email was very
rude (that's why I didn't reply to it) and you mentioned several times "
Chinese garbage" which seriously offended me. This is a racial
discrimination and I reserve all the rights to sue you. Thanks!
后来对方declined the request。我于是就直接给他的feedback回复了，以此作为解释。
可能对方看到我说sue，就又给我发了一个message:
I got your request... The feedback I left was accurate... You said the
bottom plate was taken off a "Trex 450 V2" if it was not original to the
helicopter, you should have stated the plate would "fit" a Trex 450V2, but
thats not what you said... You implied it was a Trex part, and that was a
lie... I think other buyers should know that you are not truthful in your
descriptions... If I would have saw this type of feedback, I never would
have delt with you.. As far as sueing me, that is moronic... The part you
sent, was chinese garbage... Once again, I was 100% truthful...
我这次看到他的回复还算理智，我就给他回复了过去：
You never contacted with me to confirm the brand before you bid it. The
price for this part is way lower than a Align product. It doesn't make sense
that I sell an Align product at such a low price. This issue happened just
because there is something wrong with your judgement. I have no fault on
this case - that's why it's eBay, not me, refunded you. The hold on this
PayPal transaction has also been removed.
As for the item, I didn't specify the item as a Align product. I said it is
for Trex 450 SE V2 which does not necessarily mean it's a Align product.
This is kinda like you buy a compatible cartridge for a Canon printer (which
was from a Canon printer). But as long as the seller doesn't specify it's a
Canon brand cartridge, you cannot say you got a product that is not as
described, right?
You never try to wait for my response but simply opened a case. I don't
think that made any sense and it was very rude. Even your feedback is 100%
positive, I have more positive feedbacks as a seller than you. You got 100%
positive feedback just because seller cannot leave negative feedback to
buyer. I found there are several negative feedbacks you left for others. If
I knew this earlier, I would NEVER deal with you!
Since I am a Chinese, you said "Chinese garbage" several times which
seriously offended me. How did you it was made in China? Any proof? Did I
specified it? You are TOO confident in your judgement. This is definitely
racial discrimination, why can't I sue you?
btw, you have already left me negative feedback, though you got the full
refund and keep the item. I have certainly replied to it. If you don't want
to revise it, that's your right. But I don't think you will get good
reputation from leaving misleading negative feedbacks to others.
Remenber, BE POLITE next time!
我觉得这次虽然自被留了neg，但是我事实上是占了上风的，只是ebay的政策对seller
不公平而已。同时这件事情也告诫我在以后的时间里，如果要卖个人物品还是要仔细的
描述item，否则可能会被一些变态buyer搞啊。教训！ | g********d

With regard to "from trex 450 se v2", to be honest, it's kind of misleading.
I think it's better to list the item with more detailed info., such as "3rd
party product" or so. In this way, it would save your time dealing with

不然的话这种纠纷难免。
毕竟有很人买东西，特别是大大咧咧的人，不会特别仔细看。要让他们一眼看到。不然
