I just stopped by the USPS, they gave me two reasons: 1st, duplicate
tracking no., 2nd, the receiver forwarded the package.
they said that they will send me a customer request form and send it back to
them after filling in it.
Even the guy in USPS said probably the customer already received it and he
just wants to get some benefit from the mistake of tracking no.
