今天打电话，等了半个小时也没打进去，online chat现在还开着，还没等到rep

I didn't see the refund on cc, but I saw my "cashback" decreased by one $350
purchase
and one $300 purchase. Guess newegg will waive the shipping?
Btw, I bought one 16gb and one 32gb in one order and option A is a refund of
$626.86 .
