Aries Horoscope for March 2012

You area getting closer to birthday time of the year, so before you get to
the end of the month, take a weekend off to think about what you hope the
next year will bring you. Visualize the new elements of your life as if it
were a movie. See each scene clearly, down to the tiniest detail. Experts
say that the mind processes a dream that you design, like this one, in the
same way the mind remembers and "sees" the past. The more clearly you see
your future, the greater the chance it will become a reality.
Many Aries have been through the war lately, having suffered from very
difficult aspects, and in many ways you might feel you may not be able to
take much more. Yet just when you feel you've come to the end of your rope
is oddly when you turn a corner and good things begin to happen. You are now
ready to experiment with new solutions. Like Thomas Edison, who said after
having experimented for years on his idea for electricity, he knew for sure
1,000 ways his idea would not work, and that too was valuable. Trial and
error yields useful information. This is why you seem to be on the verge of
a breakthrough of seeing all that is not working and getting ready to go
down a new lane, one that you think just might work well. If this is the
kind of thinking you've been having lately, you are right on track.
As the Sun moves through the twelfth house, you'll find your intuition to be
sharp. Slow down so that you can hear what your heart is telling you to do.
Trust your inner voice - you don't need others to confirm or challenge your
thinking. This is your life, so listen to your heart.
Find ways to shore up your physical health, as in early March you may feel a
little run down. Taking a little time now to recharge your batteries will
pay dividends later. You are going into a very fast-moving phase, and you
won't have time later to rest.
One of the most important events of March will come at the March 8 full moon
in Virgo. This full moon will be a gorgeous peach of a full moon, for it
will be one part of three points that will form a golden triangle in the sky
, linking Jupiter and Venus in Taurus, the moon in Virgo, and Pluto in
Capricorn, all within very tight mathematical degrees. It's been a long time
since we have seen anything this dazzling and helpful. Actually, it's been
since June 8, 2004, and before that March 15, 1967. This time, the
triangulation is even better. Let's look at this unusual confluence of
planetary energy, which astrologers call "a grand trine," the most special
aspect possible in any given day. And let's be clear: This is not a
configuration for just a day but has ramifications for the coming months,
too. The only way to see this is as a bouquet from the universe.
First, as said, Venus will be moving to conjoin Jupiter, to be exact on
March 13, but close enough to be in touching distance on the full moon,
March 8. (All full moons have an area of power and influence of plus five
days.) Venus rules your second house of earned income, and remarkably, Venus
and Jupiter will be IN that same house, your solar second house, at the
time, giving this aspect special dignity and strength. Because Venus also
governs your solar seventh house, this same aspect will also give an
important partnership you have extra strength and power, whether the
alliance is for business or in love.
Saturn is standing across the sky from Venus, however, in an "out of sign"
opposition, trying to drain a little of the thunder of these two happy
planets (Venus and Jupiter). I suspect that in any negotiations, you will
get your salary demands, and may even exceed them, but you may not do well
in the area of company benefits. You may not get the health insurance and/or
the number of vacation days you want, as two of many possible examples.
Saturn brings delays, so perhaps you would have a waiting period.
This may be a minor point, for if you are paid well enough, you can buy your
own insurance. And if the job sparkles enough, who cares about vacation
days? Saturn is edging toward your eighth house of other people's money (now
within a few tiny degrees, but thankfully because Saturn is retrograde, is
moving AWAY, not to actually enter this, your other money house until early
October). I suspect you may have problems getting the deal you want
regarding commission, licensing fee, bonus, or royalty rate (if you work on
this basis), but otherwise you will do well with flat salary. If you have an
agent, manager, headhunter, lawyer, or other middleman (signified by the
seventh house), you may be able to fare better than if you have to speak for
yourself, but only this month, thanks to the absolutely sensational aspects
happening in early March.
The full moon in your house of work projects March 8 will send a beautiful
vibration to Venus and Jupiter in your house of earned income. On top of
that, both the full moon in Virgo in your workaday (sixth) house sector, and
Venus and Jupiter in your money (second) house, will all send wildly
supportive beams to Pluto in your tenth house of fame and honors. Wow! Each
planet will be in an earth sign, the element known to be capable of
materializing dreams, and Jupiter, Venus, Pluto, and your ruler, Mars, now
in Virgo, will work together as one. This tells me that you have an
outstanding chance to get a new and very responsible position, and it
matters not if you have been out of work for a long time or have been
working steadily all along. Professional matters truly shine.
On top of all this - and certainly within range at the full moon, March 8 -
Jupiter and Pluto will be in direct communication, a signature of success.
This will happen on Monday, March 12. What a powerful day this will be, but
it will also influence events at the full moon. This same week, March 13,
Mars and Pluto will also be in perfect sync, as will Venus and Pluto, too.
This little crowd of planets will be so harmonious as to leave you
breathless. All of them will be working for you in terms of work assignments
/ career honors / salary paid. Often I see aspects that suggest fame
without money, or a perfect work assignment without any chance to gain in
money or prestige. In other words, often a puzzle piece is missing, but not
this time. In early March, you have the whole enchilada - it's ideal!
This period from March 8 to March 13 is likely to leave you stunned in its
ability to bring good career news. Of course I cannot see everything in your
chart, so we have to allow for that. Yet, even so, I've rarely seen planets
get along so well with each other. Still, this full moon is not without
tension.
There will be crosscurrents going on off-stage. This full moon is in Virgo
and will bring Mercury into the mix (Virgo is ruled by Mercury). Mercury
will be conjunct volatile Uranus at this full moon, a jarring aspect that
may make you tense with so much going on. It looks as though you may be
finishing up a project with a lot of pressure to be on time.
The fact that Mercury is about to retrograde on March 12 to April 4 means
you have to be decisive and get things wrapped up by this full moon March 8.
Due to Mercury retrograde, you may be told that the start date of the
project or new position is being pushed back, as everyone needs more time.
Something is in flux, and this will all be happening as you find yourself at
the gate, about to receive the golden apple.
If you can delay making a final decision and giving your word until after
April 4 (or better yet, not until the new moon in financially-oriented
Taurus, April 27), do. Decisions made with Mercury retrograde usually don't
work out as planned. Your own ruler, Mars, will still be retrograde too,
until April 13, another element in all this that is less than ideal. It's
very possible that the people you are talking to are dealing with their own
sliding and colliding schedules, as this is affecting everyone. Stay
flexible, and as said earlier, don't press for answers.
There will be many moving parts, so I am not sure precisely what will change
, so I have offered only one of many possible examples. If you have not
worked in a long time, or are working at a job but are not happy, you may
have to simply accept what is on the table. In that case, keep your antenna
up for more changes ahead. As said, Mercury will retrograde from March 12 to
April 4.
If you start a job when Mercury is retrograde, or accept one at that time,
things are going to change this year or much later down the road - it does
not necessarily happen immediately. See the situation as a work in progress.
In this economy we all have to grab the golden apple if offered, even under
less than ideal conditions. If you worked with the person you will be
working with now in the past, then that's fine - you started your
relationship a long time ago, and you won't be influenced by Mercury
retrograde. Now let's turn to other aspects.
On March 18, you will have the most ideal day possible to brainstorm a
creative idea, whether you do so alone or with a friend who acts as a
sounding board. Mercury is considered the thinking planet, and Uranus is
considered the higher octave of Mercury. This means that Uranus is capable
of taking the thought process of Mercury into a whole and more sophisticated
realm - the realm of pure genius. These planets will be conjunct on March
18, a day that could bring an exciting breakthrough if you sit down and work
at your idea. Both planets will be in Aries, so your name will be written
all over this day. Take time to think on March 18, for you may just come up
with a revolutionary idea.
By the new moon of March 22, things will go better for you. This new moon
will fall at 2 degrees of Aries, two days after the equinox, and will be
quite strong, filled with the energy of the life spirit. The Sun and new
moon are in your own sign, Aries, along with Uranus, and Mercury, giving you
quite a bit of cosmic clout. Chances are, what will come up will offer a
chance to work on something adventurous and new. You will be excited, and it
would be easy to become impulsive at this new moon. You may have to slow
down your enthusiasm, just to be sure you aren't moving too fast and missing
certain signals you need to see.
The offer you get in late month is likely to allow you to pioneer in a new
territory, blazing a new path that has never been walked before. That
certainly is appealing to anyone! You will notice that there will be quite a
bit of electricity in the air along with some very original thinkers around
you. Pluto will be a little cranky, so you may again find a higher up who
is being forceful and who might express options that don't match yours. You
might feel the situation is not fair, but because the mathematical degrees
between Pluto and the new moon are wide (a little far - not tight,
thankfully) it suggests you can stand up for yourself in a dignified way if
you keep our wits about you.
If your birthday falls on or within five days of March 22, you will feel the
affects of this new moon very strongly. Your whole birthday year will be
filled with fresh starts! When you are back to your birthday next year, you
will say that 2012 to early 2013 was peppered with so many changes and
opportunities that it was an exciting ride! If you have planets in your
natal chart at 2 degrees (or within the range of 0 to 8 degrees Aries,

Romantically, this won't be a big month for romance, although I will say
that the first four days of March will have Venus in Aries, a lovely place
for you. (You had Venus all to yourself last month, but alas, you might not
have used it, being so busy.) See if you can use one of those four days for
a first date or for a great dinner with the one you love. If you need a new
haircut or want to change your appearance, use March 1 to 4 to do that.
An unusual day for love, to say the least, will be Saturday, March 24, when
just about anything could happen, but with the Sun conjunct Uranus, it might
be fun. I say this because the Sun rules your solar fifth house of true
love, so give it a try.
Married or attached Aries, the difficulties you faced as a couple lately are
starting to simmer down now that Saturn is out of range, affecting only
those born at the very end of the sign, near April 18. No matter when your
birthday happens to fall, by early October, you will have fully sorted out
your major differences and can relax. For now, you will enjoy a lovely
interlude of fun mid-month. Find a way to enjoy life and each other without
over-analyzing your relationship.
Most romantic dates: March 1-4, 12-14, 17, 22, 23, and 28. Keep in mind that
Mars is retrograde, not the best time to start a new relationship, and
Mercury is about to retrograde, too, on March 12.
Summary
The sky pattern in March will be no less than breathtaking, with almost all
planets in rare harmony. The full moon on March 8 will spotlight your
talents, for at that time you'll finish a major work project and be ready to
ship it. A VIP will be impressed with the obvious amount of care and
detailed concentration you gave the assignment, and will also be thinking
about your past excellent output. A promotion appears to be in the cards for
you. Request a high salary - others clearly see your value.
At the alignment of Jupiter and Pluto on March 12, you'll be in an enviable
position to win your coveted career prize. If you don't crystallize things
in the first two weeks of March, early May will be another dazzling time for
professional progress.ÿ
Mercury will be retrograde in Aries from March 12 to April 4, so your
challenge will be to plan, but not finalize, anything special until next
month. You will be tempted to rush, but it is clear that careful planning
will make all the difference later. We can't always control the schedule of
events. If you are given the job opportunity of your dreams, of course you
need to take it. In that case, stay flexible, as things may change again on
the road ahead in ways you can't anticipate. The fact that Mars won't
regulate its orbit until April 13 suggests that the party you are dealing
with may be facing delays too, so that may help you - don't rush the process
, go with it.
The new moon on March 22 brings even more good news, and most will be
developments you won't expect. Four heavenly bodies in Aries including the
Sun, new moon, Uranus, and Mercury, will give you rare control over events,
and you'll have final say in the way things go. Your verve, courage, and
drive will attract a plethora of people who will want to follow you, both
professionally and personally.
Your mind will crackle with ideas, and with Uranus in Aries, your fierce
need for autonomy and freedom will be both attractive and compelling. By the
time of the new moon - if you've done some reflection earlier in the month
- you'll be very sure about the direction you want to take in your next
chapter of life, and others will want to follow you there. In love or
business, you'll have what it takes to mesmerize and hypnotize.
Single Aries - look your best, as surprising, chance encounters are likely
to come up late month, especially over the weekend of March 24.

Mars is retrograde, not the best time to start a new relationship, and
Mercury is about to retrograde, too, on March 12.

A work project reaches fullness, March 8 plus or minus four days.

March 12.
Mars trine Pluto on March 15, a stellar day for growth in jobs, work, and

Don't initiate anything yet if you can wait, Mercury retrograde March 15-
