他不是强烈的霸道、专制、支配型的老板，表现得谦逊、含蓄，温良恭简让；
自我约束，严于律己，也不喜欢雇员不遵守纪律；
头脑清醒，心明眼亮，能够看得到所有的小节，不要以为你能够马虎过关；
内心对于工作焦虑重重，对于他人的工作质量要求非常高，以至于他不得不事必躬
亲；
重视公司和个人的外表形象，观测职工的卫生习惯，你最好着装整洁，举止端正，
展示出高度的职业风范；
期望雇员诚实、可靠、勤奋，不喜欢轻薄的行为；
是个服务型的老板，能够帮助职员完成任务，能够帮助你解决困难；
善于分工，非常善于处理非常复杂、混乱的项目，非常清晰地辨别职员的工作能力
；
合理地奖赏勤奋的雇员，不要期望他慷慨无度 |
