我个人感觉,涨幅基本上是大锅饭。一般老板都是和稀泥。

都是有讲个数目字的,又讲合理理由的。
你要从你老板的角度来看。
假如你讲,我就知道你的理想在多少。我就比较有把握去争取那个数字或close to it.
你不讲,我最怕就是跟我老板提出在我们本来商量好的再给你加更多,可是最后你还是
不满意。除非你performance很好,要不我可能懒得给我自己找麻烦,直接跟你讲个理
由 - "Tcbc, I understand. I really do. But you have to understand how the
economy is out there. Our company didn't do that well this year, the most
common adjustment this year is no adjustment. Of course, I feel you did a
good job, and I want to reward you for that so I fought for your 3% raise.

The easier you make it for your boss to justify what you want and make sure
if he/she can reach it you will be happy, the more likely he/she is going to

样。
