我个人感觉，涨幅基本上是大锅饭。一般老板都是和稀泥。

发帖数: 528 | 4 明确的说比较可能成功。Performance Review完提出要加更多的，我记忆上有给更多的
都是有讲个数目字的,又讲合理理由的。
你要从你老板的角度来看。
假如你讲，我就知道你的理想在多少。我就比较有把握去争取那个数字或close to it.
你不讲，我最怕就是跟我老板提出在我们本来商量好的再给你加更多，可是最后你还是
不满意。除非你performance很好，要不我可能懒得给我自己找麻烦，直接跟你讲个理
由 - "Tcbc, I understand. I really do. But you have to understand how the
economy is out there. Our company didn't do that well this year, the most
common adjustment this year is no adjustment. Of course, I feel you did a
good job, and I want to reward you for that so I fought for your 3% raise.
In any other year, I think your request is reasonable and warrants
consideration. But this year, while I'm still willing to go ask on your
behalf, I must set expectations properly that my hands are tied and there
just isn't any budget available right now." [我可以随便随时编出2-3个理由]
何况，我去问的时候我老板会说“well, how much does tcbc want?"
The easier you make it for your boss to justify what you want and make sure
if he/she can reach it you will be happy, the more likely he/she is going to

这个问题看起来像是和negotiate salary中的不要轻易讲个数字大同小异，其实很不一
样。
