H1B延期最早可以提前多久开始递交呢？3个月，还是六个月呢？
有大侠最近申请了H1B延期的吗？大约多久批准了？现持有的H1B九月到期，新的H1B如果批下来，开始的日期是从旧的到期日算起呢？还是按批准的日期算？

in early Feb, received the approval in mid March later. New H-1b begins on
