准备格式化C盘再安装win xp
俺有win xp的启动光盘
想要么在原来的windows xp环境中格式化c盘，要么用硬盘重起到到命令行状态
格式化
然后用光驱启动安装新xp
问题是winxp是不是不让在自己里边格式化c盘？
如果不让的话又想推倒重来怎么办？

Choose install Windows XP
Installation will tell you it detects existing Windows OS
Choose new install
It will ask you where to install and show you the disk layout (partitions)
You delete C (partition)
then create a new partition
then install on this new partition
