it's being actively developed. Many reviews regards its usability to be
the best among all OSes of that time, even better than MacOS 9. Amazing.

not really. it is not a open-source OS. so they cannot really develop it if
its owner decide to stop. Actually, all those guys are doing is
to add some applications into the OS base( say, emacs, gcc , blahblah).
I have tried it, looks fine, but no use at all. so delete it very soon.
