just install win2k in 98 select install another copy instead of
upgrade, select custom, select advance, then you can select the
patition you want to install.
I did this 30~50 times. hehe | k**t 发帖数: 44 | 2 no problem at all.. u know win2k can recognize both
FAT32 and NTFS, as u like, u can format all your
partitions as FAT32. or u can just format one
partition as NTFS for win2k.
win2k doesn't require your primary partition to be fat ,
it can be anything except ext2..:), no harm at all..
but just remember when install choose the option to
" I would like to choose partition to install" and
also no upgrade to NTFS and clean install (no upgrade
on win98).
just make a partition for 2k or get not partit | c***h 发帖数: 51 | 3 On win98, double click setup. Select install a clean version
of win2k.
Then go into all the options. There is a place to specify
the install
directory and a checkbox about partition (forget the exact
name). Check
it. After install program restart the computer, it will ask
you which
partition you wanna use and whether you want to convert to
NTFS or leave
as FAT32. You can install WINNT (win2k) directory in the
same partition
as WINDOWS (win98). I put win98 in C: and win2k in D:. The
