有些时候看到眼睛店有优惠：free examination ，这个是不是指验光呢？
还是说配眼睛必须找眼科医生给眼光？眼科医生如何找呢？是自己随便找，还是需要家
庭医生给推荐？

Here in US, eye glasses are easy to get (not like most drugs)
If you know your prescription, you can just order online (much cheaper, and
many choices start at less than $10 per pair)
Most people with insurance will have eyes checked once a year, usually
doctor will give you a new prescription if there is change from previous
year.
If you don't have insurance, you can get it checked for around $50.
If some place offer free check up, read the fine print, you might have to a
pair of expensive glasses from them to get the free check up.
