minutes' walk to CUE bus stop (free for GMU students
and faculty). The house is in a safe and nice neighborhood
and near major Asian supermarkets and commutes (29,
50, I-66, 236...).
10 minutes drive to Tysons Corner; 7 minutes to Fair Oaks.
The room a separate entrance from the back of the house.
Rent is $420, including:
- All utilities (electricity, gas, water, Verizon FIOS Internet) are
included.
- Kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, powerful Typhoon range hood and
