sharing. Congressional Towers are 7-floor buildings, very clean, and one of
the best apartments near Twinbrook Metro Station.
The living room is big, you can check the floor plan at: http://www.congressionaltowers.net/floorPlans.php and select the "The Jefferson" with Balcony
You will use the closet (which is big enough) in the living room, and share
all other public items with two professional Chinese males.
You pay $450 per month, which includes electricity, gas, water, internet,
TV, etc.
— Free Gym, swimming pool, and parking
— You can take RideOn Bus No. 46 to Twinbrook Metro Station or straightly
down to NIH, or to the MidPike Plaza for the NIH shuttle.
— A few minutes' walk to the Congressional Plaza and Whole food, and very
close to 美心 and 金山 Chinese grocery stores.
— Prefer clean professional Chinese single people.
The move-in date is flexible, from 1/19/2011 to 4/7/2011.
However, you should stay at least 6 months from 4/7/2011, that is 4/7/2011-
10/1/2011
