Comparable to a 3-star hotel, but much nicer experience - no disturbance from other guests, minimum noise, fresh air, access to private yard, and no tax, no tips. :)

very safe neighborhood, lots of nice restaurants in walking distance,
including a nice Chinese restaurant and an affordable Chinese carry out
place. A convenient store is right next door, where you can get breakfast,

wasting space and boring. Hopefully, there would be some interesting renters
