Freedom Caucus (tea party)基本上是支持tax cut. 但是他們也反對deficit
spending跟要
消除國債. 兩者要能同時達成除非大幅削減政府支出(這也是Freedom Caucus支持的)

cover everybody at much lower cost, came out with a lot of confidence from
the president. It unfortunately didn't go anywhere.
