insurance for them so all the risks go to the lender?
if yes, I am sure there will be no lenders and you will have to buy
them with cash. Then only your so-called winner can afford them.
you need to see this difference between auto/housing insurance and health
insurance.
for health insurance, if someone does not buy it, he/she would take
the risk
