for new accounts.
I booked a private apartment for 8 days: $19/day. So the total for 8 days is
over $75 and I got $40 off.
After the coupon, it's only $14/day for an entire apartment.

landlord.
AirBnB can be very affordable. Just like Uber is usually much less expensive
than tax cabs.
AirBnB policies depend on the place owner. I checked in at a nice private
room in NYC after 9pm without any issue. You just need to choose the place
where meets your needs.
I'd rather pay $14/day than $60 plus taxes for my personal trips.
My business trips earn some hotel points, but hotel points are pretty
useless to me. The incentive of staying at hotels is negligible to me.
Those points expire in one year. You need to accumulate a lot of points in
order to redeem for a free hotel stay. If you want to transfer hotel points
to frequent flyer miles, the ratio is pathetic.
