1.I enrolled in their month-to-month plan on 4/15/11(rate 6 cent/kwh).They
only gave me that rate for for 6 days. Then raised the rate to 11.4 cent for
this plan(they will not show this in their website). I called them to
swicth to 12 month fixed plan(9.2 cent) in 5/10. My recent statement still
showed 11.4 cent per kwh.They said I have to use 11.4 cent for one cycle.
2.They have many Misc Fees which I didn't see in several other companies
before(or not so high).see copy below:
Electricity Plan: Thrifty Saver @ 11.3620 cent/kWh
Cost of 1100 kWh of Usage: $124.98
Monthly Service Fee: $6.95
The average price you paid for electric service this month:11.99 cents/kWh
TDU Fees: $4.43
PUC Assessment: $0.22
Gross Receipts Reimb: $2.65
3.I used Referal-a friend code(from here),then I called to verify it. They
never told me the code is applied or not. Just told me if you use it,your
friend will
see $50 in 1st bill, yours in 3rd bill. I suspect I will get it(I had
experience before in another company).

1. 我只享受了那个 6 cents 的 rates 一天
2. 附加费太多
3. 我也没有收到credit

4. They told me "you will get $5 credit if you use paperless statement". I
used it and didn't get it. Now they said I have to enroll an auto bill
payment too if I need this $5.
5. I remember one rep told me if my usage is more than 1000 kwh per bill
cycle, they will waive my $6.95 monthly fee. I used >1000 last cycle and
were still charged $6.95.
This is my experience with Bounce energy so far.
