made several mistakes and never be ready to amend them, just shirk and said
there's no problem with her. I feel really worried, if someday I need to
claim the insurance,what a black face she'll give me.
I told her I'll cancel this insurance, because based on these mistakes and
many unpleasant expierance, I have no reason to believe her work. She said,
it's not the cause to cancel it and hang off the phone call, like she |

not stupid either. I'm not very sure about the 'mistakes' you are talking
about. Just give us one example.

experience too a couple years ago.
One thing was that when I changed our policy to another company with new
agent, I still received renewal bill from this couple. At that point my old
policy was expired and supposed to be automatically canceled if I didn't pay
the renewal policy. I called many times to her to cancel the policy but she
keep asking why we cancel and what's the new agent.
Another thing was why I change to ot |

couple years later, that's exactly what they keep doing.

request to get a new quote many times, but she never reply to me. Because my
insurance premium was low before, so I have referred many friends to her. I

actually I did shop around for my ins. Here are my comments:
713-773-0040. Jenny Xu, she run quotes quickly and send me over a very clean
coverage/price quote sheet. She is very professional and did offer some
extra information that I need. Very good.
713 706 3104. Joy with Rock insurance. She run quotes slower maybe because
the agency receives a lot of calls and they just can't handle the high
demand. I have basic insurance know

当时在她那里买的房屋保险，报价还可以，于是了给了她我的信息，包括信用卡号码。
她说会把文件用email发个我，让我签字。可是等到发来的时候只有签字的最后一页。
给她打电话，她说别人都这样，让我相信她不会骗人。我坚持需要看到整个文件再签字
。她就说她不会用扫描仪，所以不能给我用email发过来，要看就要fax给我，其实我在
刚开始联系她的时候就告诉她我现在在外地，身边没有传真机，只有用email 联系，她
那时是说行的。在我的坚持之下，她说让秘书给我发过来，
等了一天，再打电话的时候就不接我的电话，连续打了一天，终于找到人了，态度很不
好，说秘书没空给我发，给我两个选择，一个是现在就签字，一个是从外地赶到她的办
公室可以看到全文再签字，我也火了，告诉她我会找保险公司cancel这个保单。于是她
马上说我现在就给你发过来。
等我拿到全文，吃了一惊，保单上的信息都是蓄意填的错的，为的是拿到我本不可以拿
到的折扣，所以她的报价低，当然如果真有事情CLAIM的时候保险公司会说我欺诈，当
然和holly是没有关系了，因为都是我自己签的字。

情发生，我们心里坦然，每年给保险公司送钱不就为了防个意外吗。
如果有问题找不到人，找到人一通乱说，态度恶劣，蓄意添错。以至于真正有事，不敢
向保险公司claim了，一年的保费却仅仅省了一两百快，真是不值，想想找她就是亏呀

insurance company was fine, although we only got it after the premium was paid in full.
