反手后上网截击
早点结束point。反手很稳定但挥拍减速有些早，也许转肩再多一些，随挥到肩后，有
点像抛一袋大米
到肩后的动作。二发旋转和着点还有提高余地，总体已经很好了。 |

偶一直以为USTA等级是比较一致的，CA打球水平高，于是4.0的队伍也多，
而不是4.0队伍的水平更高。当然少数几个经常夺冠的队伍除外（比如CC
的队伍），可能夺冠之后招徕了很多牛人(asus?)。。。
边又拿自己或别人的USTA ranking来作为标准说事,你说是不是很奇怪呢?

发帖数: 10373 | 91 你以为上场掐就能解决问题吗？ff和豆豆掐过许多次啦，双方粉丝还是不罢休。要不说场地问题，伤病问题，状态问题...最终不还是要看公认的grand slam个数。
但现在关键问题就是，人家认为公认的USTA成绩和ranking不可信呀，就因为我的缘故。
所以我说打也可以呀，都是hard court,就没有场地问题了。打5次，每次5 sets, no tiebreak,这样可以减少偶然性。game/set间不break,no injury break这样排除了拖延战术。

tennis:-). It is indeed good stuff for strong 3.5 and weak 4.0. It tells you
when to exert with force (for high percentage shots), when to be more
careful (for low percentage shots), and where to anticipate the incoming
balls. Most people (like myself) know some of it intuitively, but not all
cases. I felt that most of the matches that I made too many errors were

I can easily tell a weak 3.5 from a strong 3.5, and a strong 3.5 from a weak
4.0. As long as the rating system can do this, it makes sense. The guy who
beat me 6-0, 6-1 in the regional is a first time USTA league player and
definitely a sandbagger.
I believe I am an entry level 4.0 right now. If you play in the league, you
will probably be promoted to 4.5. AK123 has a 11:3 singles record, he must
be quite strong. The one

says that down the line against a heavy outside ball is not a nature high
percentage shot. So if we try and miss, we don't need to blame ourselves :-)

关键是认识到问题在哪儿吧？
低0.5是原因还是结果啊？
就拿楼主来说吧，正手单手引拍，身体转动不足，反手引拍也不充分
而且方向控制得也不尽如人意，
被上网的前一个球，两拍反手都回得浅，回得浅也就罢了，两拍都回到场地中间让
对手很舒服打正手的地方，至少可以有点角度吧？
所以， 哪里不足练哪里吧。
