Devin Britton 1:6, 3:6, 5:7 Federer, total points 68:101.
Chase Buchanan 0:6, 2:6, 1:6 Tsonga, total points 43:86, pretty
much NTRP 1.0 gap.
Ryan Sweeting 6:7, 4:6, 6:7 Cilic, total points 105:122, not bad
at all.
Jesse Levine (one of Murray's hitting partner) 7:5, 6:1, 6:2
Gabashvili, then 6:4, 6:2, 0:6, 3:6, 0:6 Cilic. Very well done.
The first guy and the last two guys are already pros though.

experience, strong 4.0 approaching 4.5 players i have encountered are
obviously better with better serves(speed, spin and control) and
better volleys.
the fact that women in the video are comparably to the men makes them 4.5
players, maybe 5.0, i'm not sure.
kennyD, i think the way USTA league works is you can play one level higher
than your rating, so a 8.5 combined couple can very well play in 9.0 league.

turned pro recently. If so he has not accumulated enough ATP points yet to

a stable ranking; his current of #13xx is not a benchmark for top NCAA
players.
Remember a criteria for 7.0 is "making a living on prize money (?only)",
or " world class player", where the later has a vague meaning.
Can #400 in ATP list make enough prize money to cover his training/coach,
and
living? ATP #100 in 2009 made $220,xxx so far.

are 7.0.
The Indian guy who won NCAA champion twice is currently ranking
100 or so. So yes, the best NCAA player can reach top 400 after
a while. But to make a living, they have to start with circuit/
challenger matches first.
The guy who lost to Djokovic this time, Jesse Witten, ranked at
#276 coming into US Open and he could barely make a living and
was considering quitting. So I guess 400 is about right for a

For league matches, he played 1 men's double, won.
He played 7 mixed double matches in two teams (9.0 and 10.0), and
won 6 of the 7.
His most frequent position was at #2 double.
There are other numerous playoff and tournament records for 2009
too, but I am too lazy to count.

Some of these US players may never played for colleges, say 50%(???).
Other 6 (12 x (1-0.5) are from colleges.

他们去打职业，比如NBA，那种自由签约的都有一年30万。而打NCAA，有的粉丝给你几
百块钱，被NCAA查出来，都要处罚整个program，比如多少年球队奖学金人数减少几名
等等。
要不我们学校篮球队夺冠那年，主力没有去draft，而是回来决定多干一年来两连冠，
是多么令人惊讶的。（五个主力中三个第一轮，两个第二轮）晚去turn pro一年对于第
一轮的都是上百万，第二轮的也是几十万。那些钱是普通人中有的一辈子也挣不到的。
比如我的私教，曾经是我们学校（排名NCAA Div I 第10名左右）男网的第4，5号吧，
现在就是一个Realtor，现在房地产不景气，业余教教recreational网球赚点小钱。他
要是有机会turn pro，还会去读大学？
另外，张德培是14 turn的pro，阿加西是16，现在那个小孩young也是14岁就turn pro
了。
