,再加上管理费,condo费,差不多1300左右)
这个1300能不能在报税的时候deduct呢?有哪位大侠处理过?

If you are the owner of the condo, you may also take the depreciation
deduction.
However, the loss will be reported on Sch E, as passive activity losses, max
deductible amount will be $25,000 and subject to your AGI limit. |
