Judging by this turn of events, I would say it is very very unlikely SEC
can force Musk out. Probably they asked for 10 million dollars, and Elon
originally agreed but later decided not to agree.

experts都认为这对SCE来说是个easy case。马斯克根本没有和 SEC negotiate 的筹码。
