start to become erratic. - a red flag
from weekly chart you can see clearly this is a break out failure. - another
red flag
from daily chart, things can't be more obvious. it broke through 50ma and
failed at retest - can't run away fast enough
from 野鸡FA， they are forced to agree to collect sale tax and several
states, the rest will follow. this can kill their margin that's already
paper thin.

to be seen. but imagine the price at 200ma around $245 in a few weeks. this
is shaping out to be a head and shoulder - with a splitter head, first
higher, second lower. most likely a short rebound followed with real bloody
sell off - by that time, even a waitress can see the danger.
for 11/15/2012, it was still in the middle of 3rd stage correction. market
condition is tough. and it found bottom at 200ma, that's quite normal.

early. Some are covered around $258. Overall, AMZN FA doesn't look good. buy
.com these few days kept having $20 off $50 for its market place. Now buy.
com is doing the same thing like AMZN does. It doesn't collect sales tax in
many states.
BestBuy is coming back aggressively with good deals on iPad, iPhone and many
other things. Walmart is doing the same thing. These days people spend less
and less on AMZN due to the sales tax. Probably the only good business is
its cloud computing. However, the growth in cloud computing is not big
enough to offset the revenue loss in retail and media contents business. | l*****n

as $15, and no clear direction, but volume tells the true story, 3 weekly
down volume is ever increasing, and the only up week score the SMALLEST
weekly volume of the year. you can't draw any other conclusion other than
shares dumping. run as fast as you can. there may still be swings, but the
traffic is pointing south.
i don't adovcate people to short, short selling takes more margin, in a bull
market, much earsier to make money going long. For those who want to short,
your skill and timing will determine the outcome.
