不一样，收购那个就纯属无聊，谁能判断那么准，况且已经反映在财务报表里面了。
其实这件事情很奇怪，财务报表一般都是大会计公司审核过的。应该没啥问题。 | s******r

weak in LCD number and earning, but it's quite strong in condemning
corporate governance, I bought some shares in FMCN yesterday, but I do
believe Jiang Nanchun, Shen Nanpeng and the other insiders did steal from
the company and shareholder in a lot of cases, management and board should
be replaced. Of course, a lot of chinese companies have those issues, Jiang
Nanchun just acted more brazenly than others. | b******d

regard to corporate governance, it is reflected in the earning report.
Whatever is the case, it is priced in.
