I think recent pullback by V is due to the combination of a couple of
factors:
1. Concern on consumer spending via credit card or debit cards.
Global economy slowdown or even higher commodity prices will hurt V since it
will leads a pullback in travel especially slowdown in airline traffic, not
overall consumer spending is the biggest concern for V.
2. V is saddled with a number of lawsuits from retailers over their fee
structure.
