the question is the hypothesis is superiority
with a conservative approach, we decide to make it 2-sided, instead of 1-
sided

比如trt是20% (by hypothesis), control 是30%
it's easy to calculate 1-sided
when it comes to 2-sided, should i calculate the sample size?
can i do it in two calculations
trt 20% vs control 30%
and then trt 40% vs control 30%
and then pick the larger one?
