道这两个factor的effect 是否显著，以及是否有interaction，本来用two way layout
就可以，但头疼的是 response variable 是binary的 （yes or no
)，违反了ANOVA要是response variable是 continuous normally distributed 的假设
。 想知道大家有什么好的建议分析这种情况么？
我自己查文献的结果是，ANOVA 对binary data 可用，但如果想做model的话，还是应
该用logistic regression 来做。不知这样理解对不对？

coefficient。 我想知道 直接用ANOVA 分析binary data的话，对结果到底有多大影响
呢？我记得好像读过一篇paper，当sample size足够大的时候，ANOVA 也可以分析

发帖数: 98 | 4 instead of interpreting the data directly, you are actually interpreting the
risk (or odds ratio) of your binary data from a generalized linear model.
this is the best way you can do. there do exist some issues like under/
overdispersion. however you can adjust it. usually you need sample size not
too small (true for usual linear models too). |
