的很清楚，如果故意手球的时候是阻挡了明显进球机会的（比如乌拉圭前锋趟过南非守
门员的那个机会），红牌+点球；如果故意手球的时候，进攻方没有明显的进球机会，
黄牌+点球，西班牙裁判吹的准确无误。
