(另注：Petition的基本诉求是要加强对流浪者搭帐篷地点的管理和严格监控，比如
Permit必须最多90天而不是现在草案里面的120天；一次只能发放一个Permit每发一个
Permit后要等18个月才能发放第二个而不是草案里面的12个月；允许警察随机的搜
查 Random Warrant Check 而不是草案里说的流浪者来之前搜查一次以后就不容易搜查

Hello Everyone,
Thank you so much for signing the petition. We are completely overwhelmed by
the support. We have provided the first set of signatures to the Planning
Commission yesterday evening as per their deadline. The planning commission
will take into account feedback from various parties including supporters of
TC4 and provide their recommendations to Sammamish City Council.
We need to keep spreading the word and get more and more signatures so we
can deliver the petition with additional signatures in next few weeks to
Sammamish City council before they start their deliberation.
In other words the work is not yet done and we need to sustain this campaign
, so go out and spread the word!

们喝一壶的。现在810多人还不够。
