I am a grad student in UW. I am looking for a female UW student to share a
very nice, clean, affordable, and recently renewed 2-bedroom apartment with.
I am looking for a quiet and friendly roommate.
The place is very nice and furnished with hardwood floor. It is located in
ne 55th st and 28th ave ne ; 15 min walk from campus and close to different
bus routes to campus and downtown.The neighborhood is safe. The room is 8*12
and its closet is 4.5*2. This place will be available in the middle or end
of August.
We have a very friendly and responsible landlord...
Heat and water are already included in the rent. You will need to pay for
electricity; plus cable TV and internet, if you are willing to share the
internet/TV costs.
