我的房子，然后检查结果是车库一角有白蚁，那些工人亲口告诉我。
但是由于我房子今年不应该被检查，所以他们就没有采取措施。我写信问怎么办，他们
说没有official的report，就是装着没看见的意思。
我想问一下几个问题：
1。 这白蚁危害到底多大？
2。他们的说辞明显没有道理，如果走法律sue他们的话，这个应该找何种律师怎么个
sue法？
3. 如果自己找公司杀白蚁，麻烦吗？一般hoa会不会允许房主自己找公司杀白蚁？

the building is not even yours, you only own the air space between the walls. |

should be a section called open forum to discuss homeowners issues, then you
can address your concerns during the open forum, there will be meeting
minutes as evidence of discussion and by regulation the board needs to find
a suitable solution for you. |
