(sunnyvale, cupertino, campbell, etc.)这块房黑的理论好象是失灵的。市场上有很多
short sale的房子,可以房价还是在缓慢攀升。
这房子会比较抢手,估计会有multiple offers.

何不食肉糜。。。
因为他们踮着脚尖也就只能够到这儿了,再加一点都够不着了。
2m以上的房子其实跌的很厉害,但是买家很少。

94087和
95014这种学区重地。甚至出现过一个分数很高的小学后院那条hot 街,出现了5,6家
房子同时open
house,连开车都免了,这倒好,本来原定只看一家,看一送5了。赚了!
您的经验不晓得怎么这么有差距,

拜托啊, 人家前几年是1.3M,去年卖你95万,今年卖你85的好不好?

看94087都快5个月了,还真没见过有一连5家同时open house的。
你那个可能是95014的 >1Million的房子吧。我设的上限是一个米。

that price can buy two SFH (similar year built) last year. It is better not
to try to overbid others, and put the burden on yourself. Get a mind price
set, and move forward if lost. In the end, it is not the only house on the
market.
For primary residency, I would rather wait for the new construction that is
under way in Sunnyvale, too bad I can't buy now.

School. A lot of Chinese send their kids here in the morning.

houses in South Palo Alto. They are all >$1Million.
