1.2 million 的房子恐怕只能贷出12万左右的 HELOC。 此方案行不通。
那就只有jumbo loan 900k 一条路了。200k 收入有点够呛。

income tax) = 41K for rest of your life,
so you have total of 41K/12 = 3.4K for monthly spend for food, gas,
utility, house insurance, 401K, health insurance, any medical expenses
etc.
If you have no child that maybe doable, with 1+ child thats impossible
to do with 200K income
