发帖数: 75 | 1 一月份开始到南湾工作了，LD工作在milpitas，我的在sunnyvale，打算在milpitas或
者North San Jose附近找个一居室。希望能在LD的步行范围内，因为刚去的时候只有一
辆车，如果我加班，LD能步行回家。
调查觉得River Oak的地点很合适，那边有两家, Elan 和 Fountains， Elan貌似抱怨
silverfish和mould得比较多， Fountains的评论很少。
预算在1500附近，North park有些贵了，1700+
现在人在康州，不能到那边看看，希望能听听大家的意见，给些信息，如果有房源当然
更好。

时吧，也不是要天天步行，不过有这个条件两个人的时间自由些

了解一下。如果社区不好，那么可能牺牲步行条件，毕竟住的舒服更重要

listings. In this area, $1200-$1400 should be enough to get you a decent one
, if you look around a broader
area. Traffic around south bay is ok, so distance is usually not a big
concern for people who drive.
If your LD can drive, I would suggest you get a 2nd car, which frees both of
you up fundamentally.
You would need a car to go anywhere anyway.

发帖数: 75 | 10 多谢LZ热心敲这么长的回复。LD倒是可以开车，不过我不是很放心LD在城市开车，所以
打算在LD工作的地方附近找地方住，这样我开车上下班的时候接送。长期看还是需要第
二辆车，不过刚去的时候不打算这样。
