买。

最先进的医院，最好的医生，全都拒绝Medicaid/Medi-CAL，有的连私人保险都不受，
直接要现金。这里平时Medicaid能看病的条件，不会好过在国内大医院，就是一个环境
比较好点的卫生院。

说specialist了，这还是公民或者绿卡得medical呢。国内是排队或者看医生的脸色受
罪，这里估计就是没人理或者忽悠你了，何况是原来就有的病呢。啥病国内治不好要来
美国治的？如果国内都治不了要来美国看的估计那些专家也只收现金了？建议仔细考虑
好和做好功课，以免亲人来回折腾。 |

Other local hospitals like El Camino all accept it. The trick is to find a
PCP who accepts medi-CAL and then refer you to those hospitals.
Patient experience at Stanford is in general very good.

发帖数: 3837 | 15 El Camino跟Stanford都不接受平时预约的Medi-CAL, 急诊室不算。我年初做体检的时候，看到最新的医院指引，说“we stop taking Medi-CAL"大堂里面特地贴出来的。你用Medi-CAL，肯定得不到什么好的specialist, 更何
况接受Medi-CAL的PCP根本就很难找。

recently. Stanford coordinator was very easy to work with in terms of
getting you the doctor you want. You might not be able to get an appointment
right away but it's not that difficult to get the specialist you want. Of
course, it might be just pure luck for my father but my friends' parents
have been consistently satisfied with the medical service they have received
from Stanford through medi-CAL. I suppose it pays to find a good PCP who
accepts medi-CAL nowadays and also could refer you to a good hospital.

in, 因为他一早已经找到好的PCP接受Medi-CAL, 现在的问题是他们不接受新Medi-CAL
病人，老的他们不会踢掉
