Why should they enjoy any tax breaks?
Many high tech companies are enjoying record profits, sitting on boatloads
of cash.
They are doing very well in this recession.
House prices in upper middle class areas have not come down, compared with
national average. The economy in bay area is in fact in a fine condition,
even better than the internet bubble high time.
Prop 24 will not hurt any companies.
They need to pay their regular shares of taxes.
No more; no less!

will not be in California, and probably won't even be in the US.

payroll- and sales-based income calculation." - By removing our payrolls
from income calculation, corporations can actually earn more by moving our
jobs to other states.
