La Jolla Children’s Learning Lab – from 3month up, very long waiting list,
almost no chance. ~1500/month, I say don’t waste your $50 waiting fee
Kinderhouse Montessori from 6 month? People say different things
about them, you’ll need to pay extra if stay after 2:30, watch out for the
big classes (sometimes mixed 2 ½ to 5yr) do teach Chinese there. ~$
1450/month(including extras). Very picky about times (if you late for 1st
class, you’ll have to wait till the end of class to send kid in, about
45minutes waiting)
Sorrento Valley Children’s Center from 2 1/2, enter every 6 month, $1450/
month, right beside the train station
A Brighter Future Preschool – from 2, looks OK but online has some pretty
bad review, $1300? Cannot remember
Bright Horizons Preschool and Kindergarten – from 2, 56& El Camino Real(on
your way home) may still have openings. 7:30 till 6pm, $1450/month, 5 full
days, or MON WED FRI, or TUE/THU, designed for working couples
Eastgate Christian Schools – from 2, $850/month, till 6pm, OFFER LUNCH,
facilities looks older but they do read a lot, and do read bible too.
Waiting list is free after the tour. Traffic at 5:30pm could be hard on
freeway, but there’s also local route you can use
Childtime – from 1 ½? $1300/month, have part time too, right inside
UTC mall, outside area is a little small
Santa Fe Montessori – the famous school, 18month-3yr till 2:30 only, after
that till 5pm
mission bay montessori - $950/month, extended hrs extra, 3yr+, with chinese
teacher, 有人说owner是华人.san diego's 2nd best montessori school
la jolla country day - NICE！没别的可说的，UTC MALL附近，3+，$30k/yr
bishop at la jolla cove - 没进去过，据说很难进，也是私立。顺便赞一下旁边的小
学：游泳池好大啊。 | l*******t

发帖数: 1645 | 11 是犹太人那个吗？偶不是内部家属，听说排队很长的，就没去看
附近还有一个是SCRIPPS医院附属的PRESCHOOL，据说也是很好的，不是家属也没机会去
看。

时间写帖子了：）
15附近的价钱会低很多，比如scripps ranch montessori全天才900不到吧，而且18个
月就开始收，可是5：30从QC开过去一次要40分钟，偶就只有放弃了，看来买那里不只
是房子便宜，学校也便宜啊。。。。现在怀念NOKIA了。。。

样子(pre-school program)，比Kinderhouse Montessori要便宜。难道toddler
小班要贵这么多？
Kinderhouse Montessori主要下午收工太早了，不适合上班族啊。又贵，印象中假日
也很多。去年fall我看他enroll的横幅在路边挂了很久，后来又收进去挂在building的
墙上。离QC这么近，我觉得要是好的话早就收满了。

不过好奇best montessori是哪个？这个是怎么评定的？这么小的孩子还有统考吗？

free, 注意1月31号之前enroll
另外还有3 weeks for free. 主要觉得离家近， 还有就是允许你提前两周过去，每天
去几个小时帮孩子适应一下，
度过transition period. 我在5355这栋楼里一个小公司上班，有附近的姐妹吗？lunch
break 可以一起吃饭，聊聊
天，一个人吃饭真是很郁闷啊。
