除了每周一次的Speed work和Long run, 其他全都是7分左右的easy run,
周mileage大约60-80MPW之间。 所以版上经常有人说跑7分的"easy run",
我只能说你跑太快了, 受伤也不奇怪。。

恐怖的是,人家long run都是很快的pace。 我训练的时候,long run 都是比

至少部分long run, 因为这个是最接近全马比赛的训练了。。。

可能你的easy pace设定的太高?

9:00-9:30. I don't think that's fast
by any measure. It was comparable to my 50M pace.
This spring I reversed my training method, and went very easy on most long
runs, and went fast on the
weekday runs, and stayed injury free. In the few weeks before Boston
marathon, except in long runs and hill
sessions, my pace was always under 7:00, usually under 6:50. In this way, I
stayed injury free. But because of
the low total mileage, I didn't feel as strong as I was last fall at the
marathon distance.

true MP would have been last fall.
At the time, I felt confident putting in a few 6:30-6:40 miles in the midst
of a long run. This spring, I didn't
feel as strong.

makes the strongest marathoner. However, my point is that, by doing so, the
risk of injury is not necessarily

long run能快的前提是得有足够多的slow easy run的mileage
做基础, 所以Jack Daniels推荐的long run长度是mileage
的25%-30%, 不管是训练5k还是Full Marathon..
如果平时的mileage太少, 就靠周末快速跑20miler, 的确
是容易伤, 而且我看他的longrun也不是每个都快, 很多
其实是和easy run一样7分的pace(他的MP大约是5:40)..
我觉得你受伤可能还是longrun跑得太快(相对你的MP)..

也是避免受伤的一个有效方式, 正式训练开始后,
longrun的速度也是慢慢由慢到快, 循序渐进的。。
基本上我觉得AM里面说的比MP慢10-20%还是比较合适的。。
