其实我觉得我ABS也没脂肪了。。只是说以前减肥过于剧烈,留下了很多松弛的皮肤 |

upper body fat around chest/upper arm area.
I don't go to gym for weight/strength exercise. I really hope
long run could reduce my upper body fat.
