How to lower body fat for runner? especially body fat from upper body like
chest, ABS, upper arm and face.

first watch your diet, eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day, eat more vegi
, and carbs with lower glycemic index, then gradually increase your mileage
using low heart rate training. just my 2 cents.

我想我chest已经没脂肪了。。
face也是。。。
其实我觉得我ABS也没脂肪了。。只是说以前减肥过于剧烈,留下了很多松弛的皮肤

I don't know how well the long-distance running could burn
upper body fat around chest/upper arm area.
I don't go to gym for weight/strength exercise. I really hope
long run could reduce my upper body fat.

I am between 18-20%. In order to tone upper body, one needs to do more core
exercise and weight lifting.

挺牛的,肥肉不少跑的还挺快。等你再减掉15磅你的半马肯定能sub 1:40。
