footstrike is not an easy task. From my shoe wear patterns, i think my left
foot does heel striking and right foot does midfoot striking. my goal is to
change my left foot to midfoot striking in a year.

miles is easy, continuing to do it with your slow twitch muscles when your
legs feel the fatigue after two hours into the run is much harder.

needed for forefoot landing. after that, it would be relatively easier to
train on flat or downhill. of course, training is needed before racing with
it.
