Main 1: Time/Pace/Distance
Main 2: Hear Rat/Lap HR/Time of Day/Avg HR
Running: Last Lap Pace/Lap pace/Current Lap/Average Pace
跑的时候,看的最多的是Main 2和Running这两项

Yes, Date is useful in a multi-day event. :)

max heart rate? seems some number subtract age?
so I should target to reach that max HR at the peak of my run?

MHR = 220 - Age
MHR = 206.9 - (0.67 x age)
MHR = 217 - (0.85 x Age)
...
But they may not be correct for you.
There are also many ways to find out yourself, just go search online.
You don't want to reach that max HR in your everyday workout.
It depends on your training purpose. If you want to burn some fat, 65%-80%
of your max HR is good enough.
