I was reading "triathlete's training bible" in the bathroom last night, and
found an interesting tip in running. That is, you should feel that your feet
are moving up and down BEHIND your body, instead of forward and back. This
is slightly unintuitive because I always thought that the way to minimize
impact is to keep the feet as low to the ground as possible. But that is
wrong.
