My brother got a B1 visa in Dec 2008
and he came to USA to visit me in Dec 2008
and stayed for a month.
If he come to visit me again in Dec 2009,
how long can he stay in USA? 3 months? or one month?
in your case, how long can your parents stay in usa?
what did their I-94 say?
where can I find the information online
to answer my questions?
