海外人才很多都会跟猎头打交道,下面12点是猎头挑选候选人的关键点,跟大家share
下,希望能对大家有所帮助。^_^
1, Is the candidate available? Does the candidate have a realistic
notice period? (Score:1-10)
2, Does the candidate have skills that in demand? Are the skills unique?
(Score:1-10)
3, Are the Candidates educational qualifications satisfactory? (Score:1-
10)
4, Is the Candidate realistic about their expectation?(Job Goals, Job
Title, Duties and Responsibilities, Package, Location, Travel, Company
Cultural and Background, Boss etc) (Score:1-10)
5, Does the Candidate have mutual respect for the Consultant? Does he
understand the Consultants role? Will the candidate work with the Consultant
to achieve a positive conclusion? (Score:1-10)
6, Are the Candidates presentation skills in line with his/her
contemporaries? (Score:1-10)
7, Does the Candidate have a sense of urgency about the move? Is the
candidate committed to making a change? (Score:1-10)
8, Does the candidate have excellent relevant knowledge for the
opportunity that they are seeking? Do they understand the marketplace? (
Score:1-10)
9, Can the Candidates career progression be clearly identified? Is the
candidate ambitious? (Score:1-10)
10, Get feeling about the Candidate? (Score:1-10)
11, Does the candidate have the good reputation in his field? (Score:1-
10)
12, How about his/her personality? Is he/she mutual enough? (Score:1-10)
Note: Always work with the Candidate with the highest result first-don’t
work with the candidates with a tating below 4.
